Book Launch – Conquering Cascade

Throughout July and August 2022, Phil Walsh will be touring the West Coast and upper South Island. If you enjoy learning about West Coast/New Zealand history, mining history, or have family links to Denniston or the Buller district, you’ll not want to miss one of these events. Phil extends a warm invitation to his readers—old and new—to a launch near you.

Guests attending the inaugural Westport launch will be treated to a complimentary drink and nibbles. Two VIP guest speakers are sure to regale the Westport audience while author Phil Walsh, will background the Conquering Cascade project. And Black Gold, a stirring music video based on Cascade Creek will premiere too. Don’t be disappointed, book early!!

Signed copies of Conquering Cascade will be available for purchase at all launch events. Books are priced at $45 (cash or internet bank transfer only).
